daaaa fair...

The East Idaho State Fair has come and gone once again. Of course, Lisa Brooke and I went. Mostly for the food. (Same as last year, right?) Also, Lisa and I entered some photographs for the fair this year too, just for fun.

Anyway, here are some pictures of our night at the fair...

Lisa with her Pronto Pup and Lime Ricky...

Brookie and I with our Scone Nuggets...
(WOW, these pillows of fried bread are AMAZING!)

I found another fugly bag at the fair.
(Two years in a row, my friend!)

Giant gourds...
That fatty pumpkin is 423 pounds, people!

Lisa loves cotton candy (although she swears one bag was for her mama)...

The eyeball picture is one of mine.
And it won 2nd place in the Body Parts category!

Lisa won a ribbon in the Nature category, see?

I know this looks like a double, but it's actually different.
Can you see why, when I saw it, I had Lisa re-take it?

Aaaand I found a fun beanie/tuke. So I bought it.

While at the EISF, we looked in the "bunny barn" and saw a 17 pound rabbit. It was so large it was almost terrifying--especially when you consider it's like 2.5 times the weight of baby Jane. YIKES! Also looked around at the horses and goats. (I love baby goats!)

Lisa and I really got a kick out of the midget horses...
the little colt was so wee and precious!

I love my roommates and the fun we have...

PS Here's my red ribbon photo, up-close...

I love me up some County Fair. perhaps it's just my inner bumpkin speaking, but I love the taste on country fried food mixed with the festive aroma of farm animal feces.
