My folks "rented" a peach tree from their stake in Brigham City. It's true. For, I think, five bucks. They rented it and took care of it when it needed to be taken care of. And then, when September came, several of its delicious fruits were ready to be plucked from its branches. (When I say several, I mean several. One of those large silver garbage cans full, plus 2 real big buckets worth. And that was just the first time they picked the tree's fruit. They've gone back at least once.)
From the looks of it, that tree produced MILLIONS OF PEACHES. My awesome parents gave me a large bowl of peaches before I headed back to IF last week.

That pie was SO good and I found out that I LOVE peaches. Who knew? Thanks for introducing me to them Gina.
Oh how I miss the peaches in Utah. We've tried the ones here, but there's no way a peach from the grocery store can compare to a peach straight from the tree.
Aaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuggggghhhhhh!!! I missed Peach Days this year. I need peaches now. No, mostly, I need that peach pie. Hold, please. I'm coming to your house. You have 4.5 hours to make me a fresh one. I'll bring the...ice cream. :)
