This (Also) Happened in July

I took each of my nieces and nephews out on little family dates this past July.

I took Aaron's boys to the zoo.

I took Vance's Jane to dinner. (Julie is just a brand new little person, so I didn't take her on a date. Judge not.)

And I took Ryan's kids swimming.

Marshall and Kaylee both love to swim, and there is a fun city pool not far from where they live, so: I packed a lunch and some snacks, grabbed Brent, and drove to O-town to pick up the chilluns and take them swimming. (Brent was there to help keep track of the two little darlings, of course. I like the 1:1 ratio when swimming pools are involved.)

Unfortunately, since we were swimming, I didn't get to take a lot of pictures...but that probably means we did that pool party right, am I right? It means we spent our time swimming and splashing around and going down the water slide!

Kayleebug had so much fun!

 Anyhoo...the kids had a great time, and so did I. I sure love those little water babies...

Also, I mentioned that I took Jane out to dinner. Janie is a good little eater, and is kind of fun to take to restaurants. Truly.

Pretty sure that's popcorn she's popping in her mouth.

Aaaand I'm pretty sure that's a (large) piece of chicken in Jane's mouth.

Good grief, I have darling nieces and nephews. Thanks for sharing them with me, Aaron, Amy, Vance, Abby, Ryan, and Janel! I love them so!!!
