That's really a crazy thing, when you think about it, because I've lived in SE Idaho for 5 years now, and I totally love hiking. I'm not quite sure how I seemed to avoid it for so long.

The last time I hiked this we saw 8 moose. 8! I'm pretty sure one of them had it out to get me. I don't really like moose anymore....

Hey Gina, we have a cabin in good old Alpine, WY and swim in the Palisades ALL the time! It is very gorgeous!

those pictures are awesomeness. i love hiking as well. there unfortunately are no mountains here and the lakes are murky with red mud.
