Lisa and I biked out to the windmills in Idaho Falls...
16 miles each way! Uphill on our way there...
Lisa's sister Jessa brought us lunch...and Brookey.
(Brooke joined us for the last half).

This was 32 miles round-trip. It hurt, I'm not gonna lie. And I've been feeling so in-shape.
Up until this bike ride. My goodness! The hills really aren't that steep, but I felt it!
I felt very accomplished when I was done though.
