dEceMbeR=gOod TiMes!

December, although very busy, is a rather fun month. Yes indeed. Every December, for example, brings Ashley's birthday. To celebrate, a group of us went to Bajio for dinner one night.

The whole group (minus the token male, Jonathan)

The birthday girl, making a wish...

The birthday brownie.
With chocolate chips and gooey caramel...
YUMMO!

Also, Christmas is the season to make gingerbread houses. Or graham cracker houses, if you prefer. Which we do. Lisa J had a party last night where we made graham cracker houses, and it was FUN! It's been years since the last time I made one of these bad boys! And...since I lack the engineering know-how to make an actual house, with a roof and all that, I decided to take Easy Street and made a Christmas single-wide trailer. Lisa B made a church. Andy made a Temple! Our EQP Jonathan even made a "drug house" with mushrooms and everything. We were culturally diverse.

Creating our...creations?
Andy, Kelly, me & Ashley

More creative people...
Carl, Jonathan, Lisa, Taletha & Jen

Our Christmas village...

And...despite my inability to build UP, I think I got pretty creative. See for yourself...

My trailer...

Santa and his sleigh on the roof of my trailer...

My lovely Christmas tree out front.

And my melting snow-man out back.

I forgot to mention we watched A Muppet Christmas Carol too! It was such an awesome night! Here's a few more pix of the evening...

Me and Taletha...

Watching the Muppets!!!

I love your trailer..your hilarious! You all are very talented. It looks like you have a lot of good time with your friends.

I have been reading the,Book Thief. I haven't had the time to finish yet. I think you should just email me and tell me how it ends.I know that's cheating, but I really don't know when I'll get to it and I really want to know what happens. So.. I'm at the part where the guy in the basement just wrote the little girl the book about her. I think that's right..it's been awhile. he he
I think that's the only one on my list that I haven't finished, but I usually make it a requirement that I can't put it on my list until I have read it.
